Set aside. 3. In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, mix the vegetable oil and brown sugar until well combined. 4. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Then, add the bananas until fully mixed. 5. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. 6. Stir in the chocolate chips. 7. Pour batter into a parchment paper-lined loaf pan and bake for 45-60 minutes. 8.
