Associa Family Cookbook Volume III | 229 1. Combine flour, instant yeast, sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt in a large mixing bowl. 2. Stir in warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 3. Fold over dough a few times, transfer to an oiled bowl, and cover. Allow to rise for 6-8 hours. 4. Roll dough into a rectangle and transfer to a generously oiled 9x13 pan. Cover with a towel and let rise for 2 hours. 5. Preheat oven to 400°F. 6. Poke holes in the dough with a lightly oiled finger. Add the garlic pieces and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, rosemary, and remaining salt. 7. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and bake for 30 minutes, until golden-brown.
