1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Combine ranch seasoning, chives, ground onion, ground garlic, and paprika in a small bowl.
3. Make tablespoon-size piles of cheddar cheese on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
4. Gently pat piles down to flatten, then sprinkle each pile with seasoning mix.
5. Bake until crispy and golden, about 12 minutes. Let the chips cool slightly before
transferring to a serving dish.
