1. Preheat oven to 425°F and position oven rack in
the center.
2. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil with rosemary,
garlic, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Add
the Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until
well coated.
3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in
a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes or until
golden-brown on the outside and tender inside.
3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
salt (to taste)
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1½ lbs Brussels sprouts, halved
(trim the stems)
