1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil over high heat, drop in the broccoli rabe, and cook for
about 3-4 minutes.
2. Remove greens, chop into 3-inch pieces, and set aside.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over low heat. Add garlic and slowly sauté. Mix in pepper flakes and stir until
golden-brown.
4. Add the cooked broccoli rabe to the skillet and season with chicken bouillon and lemon juice.
