1. In a large pan, sauté onions and green peppers in oil over high heat. Once onions become translucent,
add minced garlic.
2. Add the stew meat to the pan and brown.
3. Stir in the petite diced tomatoes and cumin. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium.
4. Cook for 1½ hours or until the meat is tender.
5. Serve with tortillas and rice.
