1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown seasoned chicken with olive oil in a large pot over
medium-high heat.
2. Add sausage to the pot and continue to cook until lightly browned.
3. Stir in garlic and cook for about 2 minutes.
4. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, penne, and Cajun seasoning to the pot. Bring to a simmer over
medium-high heat.
5. Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and cook for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
6. Remove the pot from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
Sprinkle with additional Cajun seasoning to taste.
