Add sausage to the pot and continue to cook until lightly browned. 3. Stir in garlic and cook for about 2 minutes. 4. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, penne, and Cajun seasoning to the pot. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. 5. Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and cook for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is tender. 6.
