1. Put the cubed tilapia in a large mixing bowl.
2. Slice the limes in half and use a lemon squeezer or a juicer to collect the lime juice. (Don't use
pre-squeezed lime juice!)
3. Add lime juice to the bowl of fish, completely covering the fish. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and
refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
4. Add cucumbers, tomatoes, purple onion, and cilantro to four separate bowls and refrigerate for
4-6 hours.
5. Remove all ingredients from the refrigerator and mix in the large bowl. Season
with salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
6. Enjoy on top of a tostada or in a bowl with tortilla chips.

2 lbs tilapia, chopped into small cubes
20 large limes
2 large cucumbers, seeded & diced
5 Roma tomatoes, seeded & diced
½ purple onion, diced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
hot sauce (to taste)
tostadas or tortilla chips (for serving)
