1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place chicken breasts on a cutting board and drizzle
with olive oil.
3. Combine paprika, ½ teaspoon of salt, garlic powder,
and onion powder in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly
onto both sides of the chicken.
4. Use a sharp knife to cut a pocket into the side of
each chicken breast.
5. Add the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese,
mayonnaise, spinach, garlic, red pepper flakes, and
remaining salt to a small mixing bowl and stir well.
6. Evenly spoon the spinach mixture into each chicken
breast pocket.
7. Bake chicken breasts uncovered in a greased 9x13
baking dish for 25-30 minutes.

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt, divided
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
4 oz cream cheese, softened or whipped
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1½ cups fresh spinach, chopped
2 tsp garlic, minced
½ tsp red pepper flakes
