1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
3. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper, stirring until smooth
and bubbly.
4. Stir in turkey broth and cream.
5. Heat to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for
1 minute.
6. Stir in wine, spaghetti, turkey, and mushrooms.
7. Pour into an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish and
sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
8. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
9. Place briefly under a broiler to brown the top.

1 cup turkey broth
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp sherry cooking wine
7 oz spaghetti, cooked & drained
2 cups turkey, cooked & cubed
1 (3 oz) can mushrooms, drained & sliced
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
