1. Add sirloin steak to a slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, ground turkey, and
chorizo.
3. Cook until browned, breaking meat apart with a wooden spoon, for about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the diced onion and green bell pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
5. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
6. Add the skillet meat and vegetables, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste,
and chicken stock to the slow cooker. Stir well to combine.
7. Season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt,
and pepper.
8. Stir and cook for 6-8 hours on low heat or 4 hours on high heat, adjusting
seasonings and chicken stock as needed.

1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
4 cups chicken stock
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp cayenne pepper (to taste)
