1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, add the butter, heavy whipping cream,
and cream cheese to a medium saucepan. Cook over
medium heat and whisk until melted.
3. Add the minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian
seasoning, salt, and pepper, and whisk until smooth.
4. Mix in the Parmesan cheese and bring to a simmer.
Let cook for about 3-5 minutes or until the sauce
thickens.
5. Pour sauce over cooked fettuccine, mix well, and
serve.
