8-10 cups water
1 head cabbage, chopped
2 small onions, diced
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 stalk celery, finely diced
1 pkg onion soup mix
1-2 lbs ground beef
French bread (for serving)
ingredients
1. Add 8-10 cups of water to a large soup pot and bring
to a boil.
2. Add cabbage, onions, tomatoes, celery, and onion
soup mix to the pot. Let simmer for about 30
minutes.
3. Meanwhile, cook the ground beef separately and
drain any grease.
4. Add cooked ground beef to the pot and let simmer
for 10 more minutes.
5. Serve with French bread and enjoy!
