1. Roast the peppers in an oven, skillet, or grill until
browned.
2. Peel the peppers, remove the ends and seeds, and
place over a strainer to discard excess liquid.
3. Add the peppers (cut into strips or left whole) to a
salad bowl and season with remaining ingredients.
12-14 sweet tooth peppers
salt (to taste)
3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
½ tsp sweet paprika
½ tsp dried thyme
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
