1. Make the croutons by preheating oven to 350°F and arranging bread slices in a single layer on a baking
sheet.
2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and garlic. Drizzle mixture over the bread slices and top with
Parmesan cheese. Toss until well coated and bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden and crisp.
3. Meanwhile, make the dressing by whisking all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
4. Add romaine lettuce and Parmesan cheese to a large salad bowl. Drizzle dressing
over top, add croutons, and toss until mixed.
