While tech solutions are available to help
you run your association, you must find the
right ones for your needs. Do your research
and speak with your community association
manager for recommendations. Then, work
with fellow board members to weigh features,
pricing, limitations, usability, and security for
each one. You'll also want to have safeguards
to protect your digital presence and information
as you adopt this new technology.
To help you find the right solutions, ask these
questions of yourself and the technology
providers when considering any platform:
• What problems is this solution solving?
• Is the solution integrated?
• How will my community's information be
secured?
• How can our residents use and benefit from
this technology?
• How will this technology be implemented?
• How is the technology provider going to help
you adopt and maintain this technology?
