INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CPA FIRM: BACKGROUND Please tell us about your CPA firm and be as thorough as possible. • Detail your experience with other community associations, as well as any communities of comparable size to [INSERT HOA NAME], including historical detail on how long those services have been provided. • List the names and contact information for other similarly sized communities we may contact as a reference. • Include a description of relevant factors about your organization's auditing services that support why selecting your company is the best decision for our community (i.e., Years of service, designations, credentials). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CPA FIRM Give us more insight into your methodology, service fees, and insurance. Methodology • Identify the accountant(s) we would be working with and provide biographical information on that individual(s). • Include a detailed description of the organizational plan used to provide service to our association (personnel hours, scheduling, reporting, presentation). Service Fees • Identify your fee proposal for [INSERT SERVICES REQUESTED]. • Outline the fee increase history of your firm over the past five years. • Relay the annual charges for corporate tax preparation (federal and state). Certificate of Insurance Include your CPA firm's current certificate of insurance with information related to general liability, fidelity bond, workers' compensation, and errors and omissions.
