clubhouses before the cold weather, rain, and snow make the issues unmanageable. Take the
initiative to do a thorough inspection of your property's exterior, and pay close attention to roofing,
foundations, and any place water could get in during the winter months. When you do find a problem,
act quickly to schedule your maintenance team or contractor. Check with your Community Association
Manager (CAM) before you start work. Depending on what is needed, your HOA management team
may be able to help provide reliable, local vendors at a discounted price.
