DIVIDE & CONQUER
If you are part of a condo association or other large multi-family building, we suggest splitting
the work up between small teams to help things move quicker. Select your teams in advance
and hand out assignments with clipboards and pens. Walk through the building from top
to bottom, and take detailed notes along the way. When you are finished, consolidate each
teams' findings into one report to share with the board.
