Congrats to Our Newly Promoted EMB Leaders!

Monika Padilla has been promoted to branch president of Associa EMB Management, serving our Seattle metro-area clients. Monika joined EMB as a community manager in 2018.  She brought with her several years of industry experience, along with an extensive background in the education field. Since then, she has held the roles of lead community manager, community director, and director of operations and client accounting. Monika has been an invaluable member of the EMB team and has been instrumental in positive improvements with employee experience, internal and external training, and client satisfaction. Since she joined EMB, she has obtained her CMCA®, AMS®, and has graduated from both levels of Associa’s UP program. 

With Monika’s promotion, Jessica Sanders has been promoted to step into the community director role at EMB.  Jessica joined EMB in 2020 as a community manager when she relocated from Texas as an onsite manager with many years of industry experience. She holds her CMCA® and AMS® credentials and has been a positive contributor and leadership partner at the branch.
