Educational Seminar: Strata Repairs and Maintenance

This session will cover the relevant sections of the Strata Property Act and standard Bylaws with respect to repairing and maintaining common property. While the specific needs of Strata Corporations vary, at this seminar Councils will receive helpful tips on how to:

  • Plan for special projects
  • Work effectively within the current adopted budget
  • Complete day-to-day maintenance projects in a timely manner.
