Congrats to Our Associa Canyon Gate Team Member!

Congratulations to Kelly Eggleston on her recent promotion to vice president at Associa Canyon Gate Management in New Mexico! Kelly has been in community management since 2015. Before entering the community management industry, she worked for the U.S. Small Business Administration and in the legal field, which provided her with experience in community involvement and customer service. Kelly attributes the excellent training programs and support from other departments at Associa on being invaluable in helping her transition into her new role. With these tools and resources, she knows she has the support she needs to have continued success. 

Kelly’s advice to anyone hoping to grow their career at Associa is to stay focused and learn from others around you. “Growth is attainable if you have the drive to achieve greater things,” she said. When asked why she loves Associa, Kelly said “Associa’ s pillars truly reflect on the morals and standards that I use daily in my professional career. To be part of a company that practices these standards truly is a blessing!”
